Training That Holds Up.

Fox Niner Group builds training systems for organisations that have to prove competence, not just deliver content. Qualification standards, competency frameworks, and the records architecture underneath them.

What We Do

Three ways most engagements start

Instructional Design
End-to-end curriculum design from needs analysis to delivery-ready materials, grounded in adult learning principles.
Training Delivery
Facilitated sessions by a practitioner who brings operational credibility and real-world experience to every room.
Competency Framework
The scaffolding your learning ecosystem needs — aligned to role requirements, performance standards, and organisational goals.

Who We Serve

Three kinds of organisations, one standard

Public Safety and First Responders
Fire services, policing, security, and municipal emergency management are areas where training is not a development exercise but a legal obligation. We build the qualification standards, competency mapping, and training records architecture that stands up to a Ministry inspection, an insurer, or an inquest.

Scaling Organisations and High-Growth Start-ups
Rapidly expanding businesses looking to transition from ad hoc onboarding to structured, repeatable training systems. We help scaling firms build foundational learning architecture, standardise operational playbooks, and accelerate time-to-productivity for new hires without sacrificing velocity.
Enterprise and Corporate Operations
Instructional design and programme development for regulated and safety-sensitive employers. Health and safety, operational procedures, and leadership development built to survive an audit.

New for Ontario Fire Departments
