The standard, kept.
Professional medal mounting for veterans, first responders, and the families who hold their service close. Every medal is mounted carefully, in the right order, and finished so it can be worn or displayed with pride.
Mounted with care. Finished clean.
A look at recent work, from service medals and cadet awards to memorial groups and full restorations. Every piece is mounted so that the medals and ribbons rest secured and clean.
Exemplary Service Medals
A pair of fire service (Federal and Provincial) medals, court-mounted on a clean ribbon backing so they sit square and wear well.
WWII Memorial Group
A group of five Second World War medals, mounted and prepared for a shadow box memorial.
Single Medal
A single Canadian Forces' Decoration, mounted on a crisp ribbon with the suspension set true.
Undress Ribbons
Undress ribbon bars made to match a full group, for the times when the medals themselves are not worn.
Cadet Medals
A set of cadet service medals, each one mounted individually on its own ribbon and ready to present.
Swing Mounting
Each medal hangs freely from a bar, so the group moves naturally and every piece can be seen in full.
Restoration: Group of Five
A group of five that includes NATO service medals, restored and remounted so it can be worn with pride again.
Medals deserve better than glue.
When my own medals came back, they were covered in glue, with fabric lines showing through the ribbon.
A medal is a record of service. I decided to learn the trade properly, so that the people who earned theirs get them back mounted the way they should be: clean, secure, and correct.

Four simple steps.
Get in Touch
Tell me what medals you have and how you would like them mounted. A photo helps.
Confirm the Details
We settle the order, the style of mounting, and the timing, including any ceremony date.
Mounted and Checked
Each medal is mounted, aligned, and checked to be secure before it leaves the bench.
Returned to You
Your medals come back ready to wear or display.
Recognition, done properly.
Honours Guidance
If you are preparing a nomination for someone who has earned recognition, I can help you understand the process and present the case clearly.
Nominations are always submitted by the nominator. I guide and assist, and I do not submit nominations on anyone's behalf.
Recognition for Organisations
I help businesses and departments build honours and recognition systems, so long service and real achievement are marked in a way people respect.
Good to know.
What is the difference between court and swing mounting?
On a court-mounted set the medals are fixed side by side on a backing, which keeps them compact and tidy on the left chest. On a swing-mounted set each medal hangs from a bar and moves freely. Which one you need depends on the regulations for your service and how you plan to wear them. If you are not sure, ask and I will help you decide.
Can you fix medals that were mounted badly?
Yes. Remounting is some of the most rewarding work I do. Send a photo of what you have and I will tell you what can be done.
How do I get a quote?
Email medals@foxninergroup.com with a photo of your medals and a note on how you would like them mounted, and any date you need them by.
Bring your medals to someone who cares about getting them right.
Send a photo and a few words about what you have. I will reply with what is possible and what it will take.
